Warranty Coverage Policy
Immersive Esports Electronic Games Arcade LLC ("the Company") warrants that the Hardware available at Immersive Esports Website ("the Product") shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
Remedy: In the event of a defect covered by this warranty, the Company will, at its option, repair or replace the defective Product.
- Warranty Limitations:
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized modification, or any other improper use or care of the Product.
- Warranty Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or damage due to acts of nature, including but not limited to lightning, flood, tornado, earthquake, or other external causes.
- Return Period:
Customers may initiate a return within 3 days from the date of purchase.
- Return Conditions:
The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached. The product must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when it was received.
- Scratches and Damage:
Any scratches or damage to the product that occurred after the customer received it may result in the return being declined.
No refunds will be issued. However, customers may exchange the product for an item of equal value within 3 days.
- Exchange Conditions:
The exchanged product must be of equal or lesser value. The exchange must be initiated within the specified return period.
- Customer Responsibilities:
Proper Use: Customers are responsible for using the Product in accordance with the provided instructions and guidelines.
- Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the Product for warranty service.
- Governing Law:
This warranty is governed by the laws of UAE.
